My name is Simangele Nxumalo, a

based in Featherbrooke, Krugersdorp.

Before getting into real estate, I spent nearly two decades working as a finance reporting specialist. While I’m grateful for this career, there was always a desire in my heart to build something of my own, something that would not only create an additional income stream but also allow me to serve people in a more meaningful way.
When I entered the real estate industry, I did so with very little knowledge, simply trusting the process and stepping out in faith. What began as an exploration soon revealed itself to be far more than a business venture, it became a calling filled with purpose and fulfillment.
From the very beginning, my mentor shared one principle that has shaped my entire journey: pray for your business and allow God to lead you. At the time, I did not fully grasp the depth of that instruction. But now, five years later, I understand that true and lasting success is built on faith, obedience, and trusting God’s guidance in every decision.
As children of God, we are called to take our rightful position in the marketplace, not merely to pursue profit, but to represent
Christ through our character, our conduct, and our service. This means operating with honesty, integrity, and excellence, and serving people with transparency, compassion, and genuine passion.
The marketplace is a place of ministry, where our work becomes a testimony of God’s faithfulness and His presence in our lives.
I primarily serve clients in the Roodepoort and Krugersdorp areas, and have recently expanded into Midrand and Centurion, including involvement in new property developments.
Real estate, for me, is not just about property, it is about serving people, stewarding opportunities, and walking in alignment with God’s purpose. It is about being faithful with what He has placed in my hands and trusting Him to continue opening doors.
